Returns
You may return your product within 30 days of receiving your package. Return requirements are as follows:
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.
You must include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
If the product is damaged or defective, please provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, include photos as proof.
Refunds
You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a refund, the following requirements must be met:
If our product has obvious quality issues, such as loose or ripped seams, unsewn hems, cut or loose elastic, or loose or frayed fasteners, Rianmond will apologize and work diligently to resolve the issue. We will issue a full refund without the need to return the product.
If the return is for personal reasons, we offer two practical solutions.
If you can afford the return shipping, we will refund the full amount.
We will issue a partial refund (20%-50%), and you may keep the product. Defective products sold during clearance sales or promotional discounts are eligible for a refund.
After receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If your return is approved, we will process the refund and automatically issue a refund to your original payment method within a certain number of days (depending on your card issuer's policies). If your account changes during this period, we recommend notifying us as soon as possible.

Step 2: Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
Step 3: We will issue your refund within 3-5 days of receiving your item. Rianmond reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the terms of our return policy.

Refund Timeframe:
Cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes of order placement.
PayPal account refunds: 5-7 business days
Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Customers can cancel their orders before the shipment date, provided they do so within the cancellation window specified on the website.

For any items valued over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or paying for shipping yourself.

In the event of miscommunication or other circumstances, the terms and conditions of our Return and Refund Policy will prevail. Package Not Received
If your package was marked as delivered but was not received, customers should contact us with proof of non-receipt, including the tracking number, postal code, and any correspondence. We will verify the package's whereabouts.
We do not accept returns for opened and used items unless the item itself is defective.
If you believe there is a problem with your order or product, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
If you received an incorrect product order, please do not open the sealed package and contact us within 14 days. We will cover the costs involved and ensure you receive the correct product.
Any approved refund will be issued to your original credit card or PayPal account within 30 days.
